Khansamas was initially into Organic farming, its farms are located near Westin Resorts. Kitchen has always been backwardly integrated with our organic farms, We buy locally when we have to buy perishable items like raw vegetable.

We have good connection with local villagers and we have promoted purchase of the produce to the local villagers and by this they get good revenue without involving the middle man and in return we get fresh vegetable and by this we also know from where they are sourced.
