Only catering company in NCR to have procured modern kitchen equipment's, initially we started with Combi Oven with only 20 tray capacity and presently we have ovens upto 160 trays capacity. In one single it can cook 320 kgs of raw vegetable, Non Veg and Rice. Apart from that cooking is very uniform and Innovative.

Kitchen team mainly Chefs and senior commis are trained by Specialist Chefs from AI Technology Cooking Centre about its usage, healthy cooking concepts and more methodical system of modern cooking. Its multi functionality ranges from grilling, roasting, baking, stewing ,blanching, poaching and much more
